While the New World of America was able to vanish from the common consciousness of the several elements of the Universe, the collective vision for the creation of the different enclosures remain, even after the government's sudden disappearance from reality, where its leadership had been organized into a Governance Commission of the Government Owned and Controlled Enclosures.

These twelve primary enclosures had been determined to include: one in Seattle, Washington, one each in San Francisco and Los Angeles in California, one in Las Vegas, Nevada, one in Houston, Texas, one in Boulder, Colorado, one in Minneapolis, Minnesota, one in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, one in New York City, New York, one in Boston Massachusetts, one in Charlotte, North Carolina, and one in Miami, Florida. It was not deemed proper at that time to create an Enclosure in Washington, DC, the capital of the New World.
It was thought earlier that the Governance Commission must include women as members, but it was later on resolved that only men would be safe in leading the enclosures. This decision had been the saving grace that sustained hope in rescuing the Peaceful Enclosures from definite destruction, because any attempt to grant autonomy to the governance of all these Enclosures (especially the little ones) will only make matters worst for the circumstances of the situation. Any attempt to cut communication among and between will be tragic in its futile and foolish attempt.

Freedom, as they say, is not always good. Authority requires a certain form of boundaries, very similar in concept with the invisible enclosures in this particular instance. And the essence of governance will always put limits to the desires and aspirations of those who are willing to be governed for the common good.
However, these enclosures of women, purportedly established for the greater safety of society, is a matter that may have been appreciated without creating a form of certain anomaly, and this has placed the New World of America in a very bad light in the international stage. Despite the many silent opposition, manipulative politics was able to propose delusional efforts to solve the complex question of divine relevance by the use of propaganda that later on tried to save the credibility of the state policies of the New World of America
In the end, it was truly tragic, but anything worthwhile must be experienced to be characteristic of any of the available inevitable results, whether or not it gives comfort or whether the consequences may have been very discouraging to see.
In order to be very specific in trying to define the ultimate resolve of humanity, all the tragic cicumstances must befall upon the existence of life, and create a long-lasting struggle. Even the feeling of longingness requires a certain force in order to fill the void from where the space is located, whenever loneliness resurfaces from the brave attempt of man to finally regulate himself.
The Governance Commission during the disappearance of the country (which happened, in fact, in the middle of a night in spring) was composed of seven Members, all of them are male, except for the most junior member (just newly appointed). Together, they have been contacted by the Destiny Commission in this unknown place, to enjoin their cooperation with the time operatives of the future.
The significance of the said Governance Commission was underlined in its capacity to be the guardian of the Twelve Enclosures that were symbolic of the twelve Apostles, of the twelve Tribes of Israel, of the twelve months in the calendar year, and of the Twelve Principles of the Element of Time (to be discussed some other time in the future).
Within these seemingly trivial foundations lie the complete mystery and appointed secrets of the existence of the Universe, and the application of the Theory of Relativity when studied with respect to the perfect movement of space and the perfect revolution of the planets.
