This particular narrative happens several centuries into the future, inside the main laboratory facility of the Genesis Technology. In front of the computer is Special Agent Joseph, the undercover person who is carefully guiding the Peaceful Enclosures through various email to help them escape the dangers of the domain down under the Maple Leaf, known as the New World of America.
Joseph Cartere was not from that future time segment neither; he was there to provide assistance to the many factions who have had the ability to manipulate the time element. He was able to command the time travel from the quantum ability of the Physical Clock, and uncover the potential tunes that can traverse the nature of time with the least adverse effects, an audacious attemot, which, he, himself, can produce the required melodies to sing a quite beautiful song.
It is safe to divulge that those who are using the Physical Clock as their vessel of choice in time passing are the rebels who have come to challenge government authority and its propensity to oppress those innocent lives, and all other life forms that is existing somewhere in the universe, with complete disregard to their safety or general welfare, in order to prevent the true criminals to account for their trasgressions.
The many who don't believe in the power of fantasy and the full potential of human faculty have all been deceived, and so this treacherous operation has been employed to steal vital information to develop a weapon that could conquer the universe without being seen as a threat to the humanity of every person.
A lie has been dressed once more to make it appear as the truth.
Yet, the bad guys seem to win. They have partly succeeded in deceiving the world. They too have deliberately caused this sophisticated problem to exist, and after their business was done, then they went back to their present lives as if nothing of cruelty has ever been committed. It was a wicked moment in history where the past has been reassembled and revised with too much contempt that nothing else has been left with definite quality, and the truth has been mixed with the lie, forming one absolute substance, in the same manner that fantasy was mixed up with the absolute occurrence of reality to arrive in a state of delusion.
It made the world different and quite complex. Some even supposed that these subtle attempts to destroy the spatial reasoning with time has something to do with the negative effects of climate change. Nobody knows the exact reason why until someone had the courage to review the related literature pertaining to the anomalous experiments done in the operation of Genesis Technology.
The Department of the Past holds more than just government records for the most unimaginable extent of culpability possible in trying to destroy the substance of the past and reiterate the alternative version of history in another validly proclaimed context. They have accidentally made villains into heroes, and the unfortunate names of those responsible for aiding the Holy War with Lucifer the Devil then became a cult of natural upbringing.
Joseph was here to help the people in need of help, trapped in that period of time, involuntarily not of their own choosing, and the time reserved for this rescue attempt was abruptly running out. Three people have been infected by the poisonous gas of the Waterbred Dragons so far, and he was closely monitoring the situation in case the disease spreads into the other Enclosures.
All of these correspondence he was making in secret by utilizing the guise of cryptic messaging in an effort not to fully sabotage the surprise attack against the motivation for the hiding New World of America.
